We designed this site for everyone, from beginner to experts who can count on a comprehensive shade resource site.

There are also news reports about shade and shade options, playgrounds, water parks, splash pads, architectural and engineering elements and other interesting and related information. Everywhere I go, I notice playgrounds, even ones located in big, spacious and wooded parks, placed in areas that are totally exposed to the sun. It seems that too often, as playgrounds are built, many or all of the natural shade trees are removed. So kids and parents can be limited in the time spent at the playground and their enjoyment simply because of too much sun. The same is true sometimes at school playgrounds, where kids limit their activities because of the heat.
